Strikes in Courts

Judiciary is one of the three pillars of the Constitution of India and it has been build so as to protect the rights of the poeple.
I am a practicing Advocate at Alipore Judges' Court and above all am a strong believer  and advocate of ethics and morality. Today when I went to Court I was informed that the court clerks has held a pen down strike all over West Bengal.
Whose loss IS this - The Advocates', the Judges' or the People who still having faith in the judiciary time and again come to us for justice?
Well to begin, it is to be first informed what made the clerks raise such a protest. It was being informed by some of the Alipore Court officials that some people in Baruipur Court caused violence and even have physically assaulted the court officials. It is an accepted fact that the person should not have acted violently.
But is it necessary for the clerks in Alipore Judges' Court or any other court for the matter of fact be protesting with the same issue? In my opinion, if the same had been limited to Baruipur Court itself the rest of the people who are seeking justice would not have been prejudiced. Moreover, the salary of these clerks are going to be intact even though they went in strike but for us lawyers who earn money by coming to the courts daily and represent ourselves on behalf of the people what would we say to our clients. How on earth we are supposed to explain the daily situations that we have to face.
All things set aside it is us, the Advocates who are always blamed when there is any arguments on the delay in the Court Proceedings. Why shall we be the persons who always have to take the hot seat when there is hardly any reason for that. Many of the senior Advocates suffer from hypertension and even insomnia just because every day we have to be the one who is going to be answerable to our clients who comes to us. Is this even fair?
Strikes are a part of fair protest and that is required thus it must not be stopped in totality, but at least there has to be a proper information about it. It shall be fair once the other side is informed about the actions that are being taken otherwise that amounts to insult of the very sanctity that Judiciary holds.
I am trying to raise an awareness and not any unnecessary protest. I as a practicing Advocate must make sure that justice is served.
