What would I do if I were the Prime Minister of India

Being the leader of any country is the biggest responsibility on the shoulders and to uphold the expectation of the largest democracy in the world, that India is, would probably be the utmost honour that one can be showered upon.
The most important aspect of being a Prime Minister is not the power that he posses but the duty that one has to serve. It is one of the most prestigious positions in a country.
If I were to become the Prime Minister of India I would like to make few reforms that has been in the limelight for quite some time.

Internal Issues faced by India
India is world's fastest growing population and it is about to be the most populous state setting back that of China by 2022. It faces various internal problems like social, economic and security which has been dealt with timelessly. The factors that needs quick reforms are:

Social Issues:
Every developing courty is not devoid if social factors such as poverty, population explosion, juvenile delinquency, violence against women, divorce and dowry and many more. These social issues have been the termites of India since time immemorial and it is necessary for us to fight problems together.
Every social problem are inter-linked with each other and these have to be coped up with proper education to the whole population of the country. Introduction of free e-education to the rural areas might serve a better purpose without much cost.
Juvenile delinquency is a growing factor in the country and this can only be solved through proper ethical knowledge provided from the beginning.
Removing poverty has been a tough challenge and this may be made possible through building proper infrastructure in the rural areas like roads, giving proper water and lighting.
Another major sociological problem in India is caste division and this may be weathered away through removal if the reservation for all backward class having sufficient income to not require such benefits.

Economic Issues:
Inequality in income distribution, unemployment, labour productivity and parallel economy are some of the economical issued faced by India.
Unemployment may be solved by India by providing low-rate loans to small scale industries as well as small entrepreneurs. Introduction of direct sale of agricultural goods to consumers without any middle-man making transport and communication smoother through maintain ancestors of national highways.
Introduction of e-services to provide faster service to the countrymen through the medium of internet making reduction of costs.

Security Issues:
India is known for its military forces and has one if the world's most powerful army, navy and air forces.
The country's internal security sometimes are infringed through various activities such as naxalite insurgencies, left extremism and Kashmir insurgency. The paramilitary forces and the CRPFs in the country need to be equipped with high-end, state of art weapons security the internal boundaries of the country.
India needs an alternate facility of helpline connecting the whole country with any issues as is present in USA like 911. "100" help is only limited for police-help and introduction of such a hotline which would connect for any emergency situation in the Country.

External Issues faced by India:
India  being a developing nation, has also been in the race for world peace with other countries. It being a notable country in the world faces many external issues too.

Environmental Issues:
Environment is not limited to any particular nation but it is a global issue a d India being a developing nation id facing these problems due to growth of population, poverty, urbanisation and industrialisation.
Environment of this world is in a depleting state and India with various countries are trying टी terminate the process if replenishment. These issues may be dealt with diferrence sources of resources, reduction of polluting industries and making tree plantation a compulsory act for every household and industry. Usage if eco-friendly cars and limiting the wastage of water. Deforestation should be banned and people should be heavily fined for any such act.

Security Issues:
Cross border terrorism and transnational terrorism have been an increasing threat uto India in the past few decades.
Terrorism has been the most important issue with growing threats to the developing nations. These threats may be brought under control through increasing diplomatic relations with the neighbouring countries and with influencial countries of the world.

Conclusion:
In conclusion we may agree that there may be various improvements that one can seek in the country but it needs to be noted that the position of Prime Minister of India is not very easy to handle and it takes huge amount of experience to be in that status. It may br states that whoever be the Prime Minister of our nation we must always have some faith in that position as it has been rightly explained by Marco Rubio:

"Leadership cannot be measured in a poll or even in the result of an election. It can only be truly seen with the benefit of time. From the perspective of 20 years not 20 days."
